Hub Willson - Under the Hill to Hill Bridge Painting - Square

I have been a commercial photographer in the Lehigh Valley, PA for over 50 years. A few years ago I decided to try painting as a hobby and soon became very passionate spending my free time painting en plein air in the warmer months and experimenting with various styles in the winter.

I am completely self-taught and drawn to Tonalism and Impressionism and love creating an atmospheric mood with fog and backlighting. I currently have about 500 finished landscapes for sale, mostly of the beautiful parks, barns and farmland surrounding the Lehigh Valley and beyond.

Sara Carrero is the Creator of Whimsy and Wonder at Whimsy Station, where she is trying to bring a bit more magic into the world, one craft at a time.

Sara has been crafting in various forms since childhood. In the years since, many things haven’t changed, like her love of creating tiny worlds. Five-year-old Sara often created whole scenes on a tiny Post-It note, while adult Sara constructs magical libraries in pocket watch cases. At this point her projects range from making polymer clay creations, to drawing, sewing, and jewelry making, to creating miniature worlds, 3D printing, and laser engraving. So far…

She always has multiple craft projects in progress, but these days Sara’s focus is on polymer clay—sculpting fantastical creatures, flowers, trinket boxes, pendants, and more. She hopes her work brings people joy and reminds them that there is wonder in the world.

You can always visit Whimsy Station online (whimsystation.com), but Whimsy Station has also been found at various craft fairs and markets in the Lehigh Valley such as the Wicked Plant Fest, Mystic Market, Pride Party Palooza, Steel City Fair, and Christkindlmarkt (for the first time in 2025!).

Dog dot Mandala hand-painted by artist Violet Blue Designs of the Lehigh Valley PA

I have been crafting my entire life. I owned a craft store when I was younger and sold it when I had my children. I continued to craft. I have done all kinds of crafts. After my children were grown I opened a bead shop. I had that for 7 years. I finally fell into the art of dots and was hooked. It is the most relaxing art I have ever done. I feel like the designs tell you what they want to be.Dot art rainbow round box hand painted by Violet Blue Designs

If it can be painted on I can dot on it. I have a stand at Jennifer’s Unique Boutique up at the Lehigh Valley Mall. I do numerous craft shows during the year including Mayfair, Leesport Craft show, Wind Creek Outlet Craft show, Lower Macungie Community Center Craft Show to name a few. I will definitely be doing more in the future.

I dot pots and fill them with cute miniatures and artificial succulents. I will be adding empty pots to my inventory so you can plant your own plants in them. I dot Mandelas and wood cutouts. I can make any animal or shape you want. I also make ornaments and will be starting on bookmarks soon.

    MiLV - Studio729 - Heart Mosaic Print

Creativity is at the center of everything I do and it all began with a big box of colorful Crayola crayons, which I got every year for Christmas along with the belief and encouragement that I could do whatever I wanted to.  My love of art flourished over the years, leading to a formal degree from Moravian College.

I work in all media to create still lifes, landscapes and portraits, and abstract art.  I also recently started to add my original works to mugs, tee shirts and other products, all of which can be seen and ordered from my Etsy shop.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions
