Sage & Slip

Sage & Slip is handmade artisan pottery by Lehigh Valley native, Victoria Pitt. Founded in June of 2022, this creative pursuit combines her passion for handmade craftsmanship with functional art. Victoria draws on a breadth of skills and techniques collected from her decades as a professional graphic artist, maker and educator.

Victoria’s pottery is largely inspired by her passion for the outdoors and love for the wildlife in those spaces. 3 dimensional figures of foxes, deer, raccoons, rabbits and squirrels can be found on her most popular pieces. Her nostalgic pop culture pieces inspired by her childhood in the 80s and 90s are also fan favorites.

Victoria is a stained glass artist as well! She loves to work in glass whenever she has a creative block with pottery or just needs a pallet refresher. She derives joy from working in a completely different medium and enjoys the creative challenges that working in glass brings.
