    Hi, I’m Chelsea — the maker behind Chelsea Marie Jewelry!

    Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley (Allentown), I’ve always had a love for creating. I studied Art & Design at East Stroudsburg University, then made my way back home to Emmaus, where I now design and hand-craft every piece from my home studio.

    My jewelry is made using polymer clay and resin for a smooth, glossy finish and features hypoallergenic, nickel- and lead-free hardware, making it safe for sensitive skin.

    Along with my signature lightweight clay earrings, I create adjustable bracelets and rings made from waterproof stainless steel — perfect for comfortable, everyday wear. Today, my pieces can be found in shops throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond, as well as at local craft shows, markets, and private events.

    I also offer Charm Bar bookings, bringing interactive, custom jewelry experiences to parties and special occasions. My mission is simple: to create stylish, durable jewelry that fits real life — and to help women feel confident, beautiful, and authentically themselves every time they wear it. ✨

What began during the Covid pandemic as a passion project to spread holiday cheer that quickly blossomed into a thriving brand.

    For the past three years, we have proudly participated in the Lehigh Valley Wicked Plant Festival each Fall and Spring, as well as the Easton Winter Village, where we’ll be returning for our fourth year.     I have been creating jewelry since 2014—a combination self-taught and formal metalsmith training. Each new wrap or earring design shows me something new, which is the beauty and privilege of creating. Metalsmithing continues to grow me as an artist with each light of the torch and strike of the hammer. I am often inspired by the wonderful souls who enjoy my jewelry and the stories behind each piece.

    My designs are a Bohemian-Zen take on ancient European and African jewelry, reflecting my own familial ethnicities. Earrings and rings are hand-forged of brass, sterling, bronze, copper and natural stones. Wraps (an adaptive combination of necklace and bracelet) use handmade beads and stones, from many different countries, with varying levels of intricacy. Each wrap allows the wearer to style it as a relaxed choker, necklace, or bracelet stack, using an American made magnet and heavy-duty stringing wire. This combination creates a unique piece of jewelry allowing the wearer to express their style at the moment, while remaining grounded and without pretense.

    I find the making of art in all its forms is nearest to my heart.  Around 2010, I delved into learning a new artform by taking a metalsmithing class with a local instructor.  I continue to expand my knowledge and skill through a variety on online instructors. 

    For me, jewelry making is a beautiful combination of serious craft and miniature art, and incorporates all the disciplines I can think of—art, design, chemistry, metallurgy, mathematics, geometry, and more.  It is never dull or boring!  I work in silver, copper, brass and aluminum for now, employing a number of processes that include engraving, texturing, and stone setting for color.
