Sweet I.C.E. Cake Shop

I am a baker with over 10 years of experience from NYC. I currently moved to the Lehigh Valley area just 2 1/2 months ago with my family to pursue my passion for baking! I am a licensed home baker with an online shop dedicated to bakers & treat makers like myself! My delicious cookies can also be found online for shipping!

We currently have a location on the weekends at the East Stroudsburg Flea Market in Building 5C every Saturday & Sunday from 9am-5pm, opened all year round! Currently (Nov 2025) for winter hours, the market closes at 4pm.
