    DAWE ESTATES is an artisanal apothecary rooted in traditional herbal craft, seasonal living, and a deep respect for the land. Founder Sofia Christina grew up in rural Maine, learning hands-on herbal making alongside her mother—drying plants, blending remedies, and crafting simple gifts from what the land provided. That early foundation in folk practice and natural materials continues to guide her work today, blending ancestral knowledge with thoughtful modern formulation.

    Now based in the Lehigh Valley, DAWE ESTATES creates small-batch herbal goods using organically grown, homegrown, and carefully wildcrafted plants whenever possible. Offerings include loose-leaf teas, infused honeys, botanical sachets, herbal oils and salves, resin botanical pieces, and seasonal herbal gifts—each made with intention, quality ingredients, and an emphasis on beauty as well as function. Every product reflects a slow, hands-on process and a connection to the natural rhythms of the seasons.

    DAWE ESTATES regularly participates in local pop-ups, sip & shop events, holiday markets, and community gatherings throughout the Lehigh Valley. The brand is closely tied to its home landscape, where gardens are planted with pollinators in mind and herbal craft is treated as both practical and artful. At its heart, DAWE ESTATES exists to offer thoughtfully made herbal goods that feel timeless, nourishing, and deeply connected to place.

    Jenny’s Kuali is a beloved long-standing Bethlehem restaurant, with a passion for bringing delicious, high-quality Malaysian foods and sauces to the Lehigh Valley. In addition to being a full-service restaurant, Jenny’s also offers private meals, catering, and cooking classes. Their cookbooks and jarred sauces are delicious when paired with homemade dumplings and appetizers.

    They starting serving their famous ginger garlic sauce and chili sauce in the Southside Bethlehem in 2012. Their customers loved it so much that they requesting to buy to take home. They started jarring over 10 years ago. A few years later, they added the satay peanut sauce. Sauces are sold online and in-person. Shipping and in-person delivery available. They also sell at pop up events, cooking class and farmers market (Bethlehem-Farrington Square)

    Butterhead Kitchen, based in Easton, was founded by Jason Sizemore, former elementary schoolteacher and principal. Initially, Jason started his business as a side hustle, teaching a Vegan Thanksgiving cooking class in 2018. When that was a success, he added Vegan Comfort Foods and Vegan Italian, and found those were wildly popular as well. Inspired by this new-found market, he left his principal position in 2019, and has been teaching vegan cooking ever since!

    Jason says that 90% of his cooking class patrons are actually not vegan themselves! His course catalog has expanded, and his courses are enjoyed by a great diversity of people from the Lehigh Valley and beyond. Butterhead Kitchen sells vegan mozzarella, vegan cream cheese spreads, vegan pepperoni, vegan PA Dutch sweet ring bologna, vegan tuna and vegan chicken salad.

    Many of the recipes Jason uses for his products (most notably, his soft mozzarella) have been modified and perfected by him over time, and he endeavors to get them as delicious and authentic-tasting as possible. Butterhead prepares vegan meals and single-plates for holidays and special occasions. They also continue to be a prolific source of vegan cooking classes (on-site, off-site, and online), corporate team-building activities, special events, and smaller-scale vegan catering.
